The Faculty of Science and Engineering is a highly research intensive Faculty receiving over $30M in research funding last year alone. Our researchers conduct innovative, cutting-edge research for the purpose of advancing knowledge. Research is both diverse and interdisciplinary and broadly based in the areas parallel to our departments and ORUs (Organized Research Units).

We have state-of-the-art research facilities and laboratories in over five buildings occupied by our researchers. A number of our researchers have been honoured with prestigious awards and prizes in recognition for exemplary research achievements.
