Want to get your hands wet and participate in research? We offer a large number of research opportunities through programs like the Research at York (RAY) and NSERC Undergraduate Summer Research Award Program. In addition be sure to also check with your department to see what other research opportunities are available to you. These experiences offer you a chance to discover and explore your interests while working along-side your professors.

In addition to expanding your knowledge in class and labs, there are numerous opportunities to expand your social life through extracurricular clubs and activities. Bethune College is host year-round to seminars, information sessions and events tailored to students within Science & Engineering and throughout the University. Want to join a club? We are fully committed to assisting you on your path to success. If at any time in your academic career you have questions or concerns you can drop in to our Science Academic Services (SAS) office. SAS is part of a unique and comprehensive support group including your department and Bethune College. These 3 groups form the backbone of your support structure, providing a coordinated set of support services to help ensure your continued success as a York Science & Engineering student.
