Active Assisted Living Programme (AAL) 2017 Call for Proposals

The Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR), Aging Gracefully across Environments Using Technology to Ensure Well-Being, Engagement and Long Life (AGE-WELL NCE) and the Technology Evaluation in the Elderly Network (TVN) have partnered with the Active and Assisted Living (AAL) Association to launch the Active Assisted Living Programme (AAL) 2017 Call for Proposals.
Objectives
To support researchers to maximize and leverage collaborative investments in Information and Communication Technology.
The specific objectives are to:
- Develop packages integrating different solutions that address the needs and wishes of end-users and add value to their lives.
- Test and evaluate packages in order to provide meaningful and significant results.
Value
Up to $353,000. Only one project will be supported by either CIHR or AGE-WELL NCE.

Submission to ORS – May 10, 2017
Submission to agency – May 24, 2017
