Request for Letter of Support
To obtain support letters, when required by the grant competition, complete the Request for Letter of Support – VPRI application and submit it to ORS 5 days prior to the deadline of the grant competition.
Overhead Charges on Research Grants and Agreements
In the interest of partially defraying extensive indirect costs pertaining to research projects, complete the Overhead Charges on Research Grants and Agreements application (for all external grants and agreements excluding tri-council grants).
York University provides PER in support of the professional development of its faculty. In order to retain the PER’s non-taxable status, follow the Professional Expense Reimbursement (PER) Guidelines provided by York University Division of Finance and Administration.
Research Cost Centre Accountability Document
For audit purposes it is necessary to log individual signatures of all grant/contract approvers and delegates. To ensure signatures are logged, complete the Research Cost Centre Accountability Document, which outlines the responsibilities of the principal investigators/cost centre owners, including all other relevant parties involved in the financial administration of research grants/contracts.
